You get a certificate when your lorry, bus or trailer passes or fails its annual test (MOT). These samples show what it can look like.
The design of the certificates changed on 14 July 2018. Old-style certificates are still valid until the date they’re due to expire. You don’t need to replace yours with a new-style certificate.
